Once you have submitted your request, we will respond within the time frame permitted by the applicable law. Please note that we may charge a reasonable fee for multiple requests in the same 12-month period, as permitted by law.
5. Security
We implement commercially reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot and do not guarantee absolute security.
If you become aware that your credit card or password is lost, stolen, or
otherwise compromised, you should promptly notify us in order to enable House of Marsté to cancel any orders which may have been unlawfully entered and to update its records with a changed credit card and/or password.
6. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly solicit information from, or otherwise market to, children under the age of 13. Visitors to our website must be at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age or otherwise classified as a minor under applicable law, you should terminate your browsing session on our website and under no circumstances should you provide us with any information. Additional Health Data Rights. If you are a resident of Nevada, Connecticut, or Washington, you have additional rights concerning your health data, including the right to submit a request to know or access, deletion, and the right to appeal any denial of these rights.

This Section 8(A) is intended to supplement the information contained in the remainder of the Privacy Policy for Customers of Marsté Fragrance, LLC who are California residents, in compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”). California residents have the right to request to know/access, delete, correct,
opt-out of the sale / sharing of your personal information, and to limit the processing of your sensitive personal information.

Compliance with California “Shine in the Light” Law: If you are a California resident and a Marsté Fragrance, LLC customer, you have the right to request information from us once per calendar year regarding the customer information we share with third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes.
To request this information, please send an email concierge@houseofMarsté.com with the subject line “Personal Information Request”. We will provide the requested information to you via an email response.
Compliance with California “Eraser Button” Law: If you are a California resident under 18 years old and a registered user of the Site (as defined above), you can request that we remove content or information that you have posted to our website or other online services. Fulfillment of the request may not ensure complete or comprehensive removal (e.g., if the content or information has been reposted by another user). To request removal of content or information, please send an email concierge@houseofMarsté.com with the subject line “Personal Information Request.”
Certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information for our direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please write to: concierge@houseofMarsté.com with the subject line “Personal
Information Request”. Within 30 days of receiving such a request, we will provide a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for third-party direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses of these third parties. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year. We reserve our right not to respond to requests submitted other than to the address specified in this paragraph. In addition, if you are a California resident under 18 years old and a registered user of our website, you can request that we remove content or information that you have posted to our website. Fulfillment of the request may not ensure complete or comprehensive removal (e.g., if the content or information has been reposted by another user). 8.(B). For Residents of Nevada:
If you are a Nevada resident, you have the right to submit a request directing us not to make any sale of your personal information. Marsté Fragrance, LLC does not sell your personal information as defined under Nevada law. However, to request email confirmation that we do not sell your personal information, please send an
email to concierge@houseofMarsté.com with “Nevada Opt-Out of Sale” in the subject line and in the body of your message. We will provide the requested information to you via an email response.
8.(C). For Residents of the European Union and the United Kingdom:
The European Union’s GDPR and the United Kingdom’s Data Protection Act require us to provide data subjects with certain disclosures about their data rights and our collection and processing of personal data. For purposes of this subsection on GDPR disclosures, references to terms such as “controller,” “data subject,”
“personal data,” “processor,” or “supervisory authority” shall have the meanings set forth in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the European Council, dated 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and

Purposes of Processing: If you provide us with your personal data in connection with a general inquiry, the legal basis for our processing of your contact information is your consent. The legal basis for the processing of your mobile telephone data, to the extent that you provide it to us and enroll to receive text messages, is your
consent. If you utilize our search function, submit personal data for a job opening, or contact us with a question, the legal basis for our processing activities is both your consent and our legitimate interests in respond to inquiries to our business.
Recipients of Personal Data: We provide personal data to third parties as detailed above in our Privacy Policy, which includes third party service providers who render their services to us. These third parties include website and data hosting, web developers, software, email marketing, accounting, logistics, legal and analytics
service providers.
