Do you offer samples or discovery sets?

Yes, we offer a discovery set of our fine fragrances so you can explore our range of fragrances before committing to a full-sized bottle. Visit our Discovery Sets page for more details and to make a purchase.

What are your shipping options and costs?

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs, including standard and expedited shipping. Shipping costs vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen. Detailed information on shipping options and costs will be provided at checkout.

We cannot control the cost of shipping as each carrier determines the price based on location and speed of shipment.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping can deliver your order within 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor its progress.

All orders are fulfilled the next business day. Any orders placed on Friday will be fulfilled the following Monday.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping currently to Canada. We are actively working on being able to ship worldwide, but due to fragrance regulations, we cannot ship internationally until 2025. We will do a public announcement and email as soon as we are able to ship worldwide.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s progress on our website or through the carrier’s tracking system.

Returns And Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact. To request a return, please email: concierge@houseofmarste.com

How do I return or exchange a product?

To return or exchange a product, please contact our customer service team via email to:  concierge@houseofmarste.com  with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund.

Can I return a product if I've opened it?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used. We recommend trying samples or discovery sets to ensure you are happy with a fragrance before purchasing a full-sized bottle.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment, and you will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
