Do you offer samples or discovery sets? To aid in your personal scent discovery, we offer a curated selection of our fine fragrances. Our Discovery Sets are the perfect introduction to the House of Marste, allowing you to experience our collection before selecting your signature scent. What are your shipping options and costs? To ensure your selections arrive with care, all orders are dispatched via USPS. Shipping costs typically range between $6 and $12, with the final calculation determined by your destination at checkout. Please note that the final shipping cost is at their discretion.
How long will it take to receive my order? Your House of Marste order is anticipated to arrive within 5-7 business days with standard shipping, and 3-5 business days with expedited shipping. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally? House of Marste is not currently shipping internationally, however we are expected to expand to the international market around April 1, 2026.
Can I track my order? Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This will allow you to follow your order's journey from our atelier to your doorstep, ensuring you are kept informed every step of the way.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. Should your purchase not meet your expectations for any reason, we graciously accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, the product must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact. To initiate a return, please contact our concierge at concierge@houseofmarste.com.

Can I return a product if I've opened it? In the interest of quality and safety, we are only able to accept returns of products that are in their original, unopened, and unused condition. We invite you to explore our Discovery Sets to experience our fragrances before committing to a full-sized bottle.
How long does it take to process a refund? Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
